I’ve been behind a video camera as long as I can remember. In college I studied film, writing, and journalism, earning my under-graduate degree in Communications. Since then, I’ve been using these particular fields to create content that communicates. In the real-estate field, I shoot video that clearly communicates the feeling of a space. Not every space is automatically pleasant to occupy, but joy and contentedness are virtues that take practice and discipline to cultivate, no matter where you live. Video helps ease the viewer into cultivating joy and contentedness in any given space. With care, this can be done without deception, so no one is caught off-guard when they see the actual house, and the joy can land true. Through the study of joy, video, housing, and real-estate videography in general, I’ve quickly shaped FatBird into a company that will legitimately help agents sell houses quicker.
You don’t need video that just points to rooms. Photos can do that cheaper and better. You do need video that communicates actual value, and cultivates legitimate contentedness if you want to move properties faster and easier than you already are. I can do that for you.
